We want you to love your Babo Botanicals products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of items purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the printed return slip is included inside.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
